Cancellation and Refund Policy
1. Provider
Bookings on nylthoria.com are supplied by PE nylthoria.com, 18 Svobody Avenue, Lviv, 79000, Ukraine, EDRPOU 05307671, contact@nylthoria.com, +380 636 697 5276. This information is shown before contracting, per Article 7 of the Law of Ukraine No. 675-VIII 'On Electronic Commerce' dated 3 September 2015.
2. Deposits and payment schedule
- 20% non-refundable deposit confirms the booking.
- Balance due 21 days before the start date.
- Bookings made within 21 days of the start date are paid in full.
- Prices include mandatory taxes and fees.
Required pre-contract information under the Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX 'On Consumer Protection' dated 10 June 2023.
3. Customer cancellation
- Over 30 days before start: refund less deposit.
- 30–15 days: 50% of the balance refunded.
- 14–7 days: 25% of the balance refunded.
- Under 7 days: no refund.
For distance contracts, withdrawal rights and exceptions under the Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX 'On Consumer Protection' dated 10 June 2023 apply, including services linked to a fixed date.
4. Changes and no-show
Changes depend on availability and any price difference, confirmed in writing. Failure to attend at the agreed time is a no-show without refund. If we cancel, you receive an alternative or a full refund.
5. Refunds
Approved refunds are paid by the original payment method within 14 calendar days of approval; bank processing delays are outside our control.
6. Complaints and consumer rights
Complaints: contact@nylthoria.com or +380 636 697 5276; we reply within 30 days. Under the Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX 'On Consumer Protection' dated 10 June 2023 you may apply to the State Service of Ukraine for Food Safety and Consumer Protection and/or to a court. Advertising follows the Law of Ukraine No. 270/96-VR 'On Advertising' dated 3 July 1996; tourism duties follow the Law of Ukraine No. 324/95-VR 'On Tourism' dated 15 September 1995.
