Itinerary and total price
Before booking we show the full itinerary, dates, accommodation standard, transport, inclusions and exclusions, and the total price including all mandatory taxes and fees. Package advertising is accurate and does not mislead about operator status, price, accommodation standard, availability or inclusions (Law of Ukraine No. 270/96-VR "On Advertising" dated 3 July 1996). Operator status and any tourism registration and insurance details are disclosed where applicable (Law of Ukraine No. 324/95-VR "On Tourism" dated 15 September 1995).
Cancellation, refunds and complaints
Your cancellation and refund terms are stated before booking and confirmed in the contract; statutory distance-contract withdrawal rights are honoured. You may also apply to the State Service of Ukraine for Food Safety and Consumer Protection or to a court (Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX "On Consumer Protection" dated 10 June 2023).
Insurance, assistance and data
Insurance cover, medical assistance and the 24/7 emergency contact are provided with your booking documents before departure. Booking data is processed on a lawful basis and non-essential cookies require prior consent with a reject option (Law of Ukraine No. 3627-IX "On Personal Data Protection" dated 6 June 2024).
