Data, purposes, bases

We collect contact and booking details, correspondence and technical data such as IP address, device and pages visited. We use them to answer enquiries, deliver travel and accommodation services, meet legal duties and improve the site. Bases: consent, contract performance and legal obligations. Before a distance sale we give the information required by the Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX 'On Consumer Protection' dated 10 June 2023.

Cookies

Analytics and marketing cookies run only after prior informed consent, with a reject option and granular choices; consent is never pre-ticked, as required by the Law of Ukraine No. 3627-IX 'On Personal Data Protection' dated 6 June 2024.

Retention and sharing

Data is kept only as long as needed or required by law, then deleted or anonymised. Processors act under contract; authorities receive data only where legally required.

You may apply to the State Service of Ukraine for Food Safety and Consumer Protection or to a court, as provided by the Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX 'On Consumer Protection' dated 10 June 2023.

Advertising is accurate and not misleading under the Law of Ukraine No. 270/96-VR 'On Advertising' dated 3 July 1996; tourism duties follow the Law of Ukraine No. 324/95-VR 'On Tourism' dated 15 September 1995.
