This information is published under Article 7 of Law of Ukraine No. 675-VIII 'On Electronic Commerce' dated 3 September 2015.

Licences and registration

We are a single-tax payer, so VAT registration is optional and currently not applicable. No sector-specific licence number is displayed because none applies to the services offered; where a tourism registration or insurance obligation arises, the relevant details are stated here before booking, in line with Law of Ukraine No. 324/95-VR 'On Tourism' dated 15 September 1995.

Prices, cancellation and consumer rights

Before you enter a distance contract we give clear information on our identity, the characteristics of the service, the total price including mandatory taxes and fees, cancellation and refund terms, our complaint procedure and your consumer rights, as required by Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX 'On Consumer Protection' dated 10 June 2023.

Complaints

Send complaints to contact@nylthoria.com or by post to the registered address. You may also apply to the State Service of Ukraine for Food Safety and Consumer Protection and/or seek court protection, while your distance-contract withdrawal and refund rights are honoured under Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX 'On Consumer Protection' dated 10 June 2023.

Travel advertising on this site is accurate and does not mislead about operator status, official affiliation, price, accommodation standard, availability or inclusions (Law of Ukraine No. 270/96-VR 'On Advertising' dated 3 July 1996).
